Shipping:
We are pleased to offer top-notch delivery services within the United States with Metropolitan who have warehouses across the country from Brooklyn to Beverly Hills. We also use reputable shipping services such as FedEx, UPS + USPS Priority when appropriate.
For customers residing Outside the U.S., kindly reach out to us prior to placing your order so that we can explore potential accommodations - we are always happy to help!
We provide a variety of delivery options for online orders. Our website will automatically charge for curbside delivery. Threshold delivery, with an appointment, in some cases will come at a slightly higher fee.
For larger and bulkier items such as beds and dining sets, we offer White Glove Service which includes furniture assembly and removal of packaging and waste. Please contact us for current pricing, as this additional service will be billed separately.
Additionally, we have reputable third-party contacts within the NYC area for Installation + Furniture Assembly Services, should you require them.
If you reside in an apartment building that requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), please contact us in advance to discuss any potential additional charges related to your delivery service.
No lift? No problem! Our delivery team can handle a Walk-Up but depending on how many flights, there may be an additional charge so let's chat before your delivery date.
If you need assistance Removing Old Furnishings such as a sofa before receiving your new one, please reach out and ask us about our competitive rates.
Online Returns:
We offer a 24-hour grace period for all furniture, rugs + lighting orders, during which you may cancel without issue (please send an email mch@mchdumbo.com to request cancellation). After this 24-hour window, cancellations will not be accepted.
Furniture, rugs + lighting can be returned for store credit or exchanged for other items within 7 calendar days of purchase if they are returned in their new condition and original packaging. Depending on the brand, some items may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
Accessories can returned for store credit or exchanged for other items within 14 calendar days of purchase if they are returned in their new condition and original packaging.
All of these items can be dropped off at our Dumbo showroom or mailed back to us. We strongly recommend using FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority with a tracking number for return shipments. Upon inspection and confirmation of the item's condition, we will promptly issue store credit or exchange (less any shipping costs incurred) for other items.
Floor Models, Final Sale, Custom or MTO items are not eligible for any returns whatsoever.
Please note select brands have their own specific policies:
Calligaris, Connubia + Camerich, may accept returns but are subject to a 50% re-stocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return delivery costs to their warehouse in Hillside, New Jersey.
Gus* Modern does not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. They will replace items which are damaged during delivery or arrive defective provided a claim has been promptly submitted (with which we can assist).
